It's easy to send and receive faxes, and RingCentral's fax quality is clear and easy to read. It is simple to send and receive faxes, and MetroFax's fax quality is standard. MetroFax's customer support is highly knowledgeable. However, we recently received multiple inquiries about Nextiva experiencing outages. Nextiva confirmed these outages to us and told us they added three to four servers to fix the problem. Nextiva has local fax numbers available in 44 states but doesn't offer toll-free fax numbers. Nextiva's fax quality is high, and their customer support is very helpful.
